When COVID hit, my company was operating with a committed team, a 9,500 sq. ft. facility, and a lot of equipment and liabilities. Big questions loomedβcould we keep operating? Would we still have customers? Could we retain our employees? With no guidebook, I had to seek God and take every step by faith. By Godβs grace, not only did we surviveβwe thrived, working together daily, navigating challenges, staying profitable, and emerging stronger as a team.
