Faith isn’t just about believing—it’s about taking courageous steps, even when the future is unclear. As the Bible in 2 Corinthians 5:7 says, “For we walk by faith, not by sight.”

𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 𝗠𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗦 𝗕𝗢𝗟𝗗𝗟𝗬 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗨𝗡𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪𝗡

Leaders aren’t called to play it safe. It’s in those uncertain moments where true leadership rises.

When COVID hit, my company was operating with a committed team, a 9,500 sq. ft. facility, and a lot of equipment and liabilities. Big questions loomed—could we keep operating? Would we still have customers? Could we retain our employees? With no guidebook, I had to seek God and take every step by faith. By God’s grace, not only did we survive—we thrived, working together daily, navigating challenges, staying profitable, and emerging stronger as a team.

𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗚𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗨𝗣

Teddy Roosevelt once said: “It is not the critic who counts… The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood… who spends himself in a worthy cause.” Sometimes as leaders, we’re called to do difficult and courageous things.
