Leaders aren’t called to play it safe. It’s in those uncertain moments where true leadership rises.

When COVID hit, my company was operating with a committed team, a 9,500 sq. ft. facility, and a lot of equipment and liabilities. Big questions loomedβ€”could we keep operating? Would we still have customers? Could we retain our employees? With no guidebook, I had to seek God and take every step by faith. By God’s grace, not only did we surviveβ€”we thrived, working together daily, navigating challenges, staying profitable, and emerging stronger as a team.

Teddy Roosevelt once said: β€œIt is not the critic who counts… The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood… who spends himself in a worthy cause.” Sometimes as leaders, we’re called to do difficult and courageous things.
