In my last post, we talked about the importance of never giving up. Today, I want to build on that with something deeper: FAITH.
There’s a Bible verse that says: “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not yet seen” (Hebrews 11:1). And that’s the challenge with faith—you can’t SEE IT, but you have to BELIEVE IT first.
Martin Luther King Jr. said: “Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.” As leaders, we’re expected to bring BOLD VISION and execute CLEAR STRATEGIES. It’s not blind faith—it’s about having the COURAGE AND WISDOM to boldly take that first step.
ONE STRATEGY
When is the last time you took time to reflect, or pray, and align your current goals with the vision you feel called to, but maybe haven’t revisited in some time?
Maybe it’s time to LEAN IN and take a BOLD STEP OF FAITH?
In the 1980s, Howard Schultz took a LEAP of FAITH and turned Starbucks from a small coffee bean shop into a global coffeehouse brand. Despite taking on significant debt, and financial struggles, Schultz’s bold vision paid off. His story is a reminder that with VISION, PERSISTENCE and FAITH, great results can follow.
FAITH ISN’T JUST ABOUT BELIEVING—it’s about TAKING ACTION BASED ON WHAT WE BELIEVE. Step out, push boundaries, and never ever, ever give up!
